At Calligaris Washington we want you to have a worry-free and secure online shopping experience with us, so we use SSL encryption in our shopping cart and merchant account transactions to protect your information while processing your order. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers

When placing your order at our online store, it is essential that the billing address you provide matches the address on your credit card statement. If your billing address does not match, during the verification process, one of our helpful staff members will be in touch with you to confirm your address. Similarly, if you are shipping to an address that differs from your billing address, we may call to confirm your order.

We respect your privacy and will only require your personal information for verification and shipping purposes. Our shipping and delivery partners will require your contact information to ensure your purchase gets to you safely, but your information will not be shared or sold to any other third parties
Online Payments
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard for purchases made online. Purchases are charged to your account at the time you place your order.
In-Store Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks for in-store payments. Check payments are subject to a 5 to 10 business day clearing period. Merchandise will not be released until your cheque has cleared.
Store Merchandise Credits
Store credits cannot be transferred to another customer and can only be redeemed in-store (we are unable to process store merchandise credits online).
Alternative Payments
If you have made a deposit on an order you have placed in-store, but cannot visit the store in person to pay the balance of your order, we can process your payment via a secure online payment gateway.
